Keto scandinavian bread (vegetarian, dairy free)

Another one of Mika’s recipes, our group’s famous keto chef that is super tasty and easy!

Ingredients

100 gr sesame seeds
150 gr sunflower seeds
180 gr almonds
100 gr walnuts
100 gr hazelnuts
50 gr olive oil or any fat you like
100 gr water
50 gr ground flaxseed
5 eggs
Salt

How to make it

Coarse grind 2/3 of the nuts. Soak the rest 1/3 in water for a while. Μix the rest of the ingredients in a big bowl and add in the rest of the nuts (strain the soaked ones first).
Put the dough in a non-sticking baking pan and straighten its surface. The dough will not inflate, so if you want it to have a nice shape you have to straighten it with your hands. Bake in preheated oven in 180 degrees celsius (350 degrees fahrenheit) for 35 minutes.
If you don’t have these particular nuts, use whatever nuts you have in the same quantity. You can’t replace the flaxseed though because that is what unites everything.
